Based on Chaoclypse's POCKET SCVM, this is a foldable character sheet for the Stockholm Kartell RPG Cy_Borg.

This is so good, thanks for your time and effort!! I was also wondering if you’d be able to adapt the second page from the solo version with the threads and oracles? There’s a great verbs/nouns oracle table in Cy_litary De.Filement, so mostly it would be just font changes and the copy-paste of those oracles? 🙏
I might. Though in all honesty, I made this over a year ago and only got around to uploading it now, so I've kind of moved on.
Fair enough, if you can tell me what font you used, I'd be happy to put the second page together!
